As Girl Scout Juniors we have the opportunity to mentor younger Girl Scout Daises in events such as
Daisy/Brownie Camporee. By participating in this, we learned a few key items such as:
– how to lead a group.
– how to plan activities ahead of time to meet badge requirements
Helping Daisies was fun. We taught them how to work with nature, create art from nature, and to Leave No Trace. Teaching Daisies also made us work together as a group.
